Whether you're seeking vivid visions, deeper messages from the subconscious, or simply a more restful night’s sleep, this class will guide you through the herbal allies that can help shape your nighttime experience.

You’ll learn how to work with plants in teas, sleep sachets, and room sprays to support your personal dream goals—whether that’s enhancing recall, inviting intuitive messages, or quieting overactive dream states for deeper rest. We’ll explore traditional dream herbs, calming nervines, and energetic considerations to help you craft a bedtime ritual that’s uniquely yours.

Each participant will create their own personalized herbal item to take home and begin dreaming with intention.
