Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. As many of our items are handcrafted in small batches with care and intention, processing times may vary slightly during launches, holidays, or high-volume periods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Methods
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. We currently ship via trusted carriers such as USPS or UPS.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If you believe your package is lost, feel free to reach out and we will do our best to assist.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you.
